Inside Sales Engineer

Will work closely with Key Account Manager qualifying leads/lead follow up,
maintain existing accounts as well as develop new business opportunities,
interface with customers on technical and business related matters, prepare
quotes, forecasts and other sales related reports, work as a team player in
the sales department providing outstanding support to our customers.

Marketing and Document Control Clerk
Works with sales and engineering staff to coordinate and centralize all product
data, specification, certifications and images. Works with outside design
consultants to create marketing materials and release data to the press.
Provides support to the sales, operations and engineering departments.

DESIGN ENGINEERS
The successful candidates will be responsible for the complete design cycle of new products from concept through to production launch and after sales support. Designs focus on high voltage power supplies for either low power applications or large high power systems. Commercial acumen, new technologies and methodologies will be second nature. Minimum 5 years experience in design of switch mode power supplies. You should have an affinity for high voltage technology or keen to embrace it for the first time. A formal qualification to degree level with an electronics bias is essential.

SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
A new role in CAD Engineering for a mechanical design specialist. A minimum of 10 years progressive experience in mechanical/electronic enclosures with a Mechanical Engineering Degree. Expected to take the lead on new methodologies and fabrication techniques. A background in electronic packaging for high volume products could be a useful attribute to our small batch processes. Design experience will demonstrate ability to work in conjunction with the whole design cycle from clean sheet custom design through to production support. Must be fully conversant with multi disciplinary project teams working with ability to confidently direct and offer mechanical design solutions to the whole engineering team.

SALES ENGINEER
This is a key role in our sales team securing new B2B opportunities with OEMs. With an HNC minimum in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or comparable technical exposure), your career will show sales progression of at least 5 years, ideally in power supplies, preferably high voltage. Attributes must include strong commercial awareness, ability to rationalise in-house and inter-group design capabilities against bespoke product requirements, sales forecasting, realistic prospect probability and sales strategy. The position offers significant autonomy and you will have polished interpersonal and presentational skills. Time will be split equally between the office and field so you should reside within easy commuting distance of Sussex and accustomed to extensive UK travel. Relocation is available.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Our technical sales team is looking for a Sales Administrator. Responsibilities include sales order processing, sales invoicing, monitoring sales leads and enquiries and maintain a number of sales databases. You must be a confident communicator and able to work well on your own initiative. You will very often be first point of call for customers placing orders, requesting quotations and progressing deliveries. Experience in a similar sales role is preferred but you must be conscientious and willing to take on a wide variety of responsibilities.

PCB CELL OPERATORS
Candidates should have a minimum 2 years recent assembly experience of PCBs and electronic sub assemblies ideally to IPC and ISO standards with good component recognition.

TEST ENGINEER
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience of testing and/or servicing analogue electronic assemblies. Responsible for all aspects of diagnostic fault finding, rectification and modification down to component level you will have minimum C&G 224 Part 2 ideally ONC/HNC Electronics or comparable experience.
