If you have returned any products to us for repair or service and wish to check their status, please contact our Service Department:

If you want to send a unit back to us for repair, please complete and return the Repairs and Service Form.
Our Service team will then get back to you with details of how to proceed.
If there may be a risk that your power supply has become contaminated, please download the Return Materials Status Report Form and send it back to us when you return your unit to HiTek Power.
