PCB Cell Leader

With the introduction of a new flow solder process, we are recruiting for a Cell Leader to oversee all aspects of flow soldering and PCB production. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, programming and routine maintenance of the solvent flux cleaner, flow solder machine, screen printer, surface mount placement machine, vapour phase surface mount design soldering machine and PCB cleaning machine. In addition, the Cell Leader will be supervising production staff assembling PCBs including through hole, surface mount and mixed technology boards assembled by hand. Previous experience in flow solder and associated PCB assembly is essential together with supervisory skills.
