SERIES G
Description
The Series G consists of an extensive range of custom-built power supplies designed to meet the demanding, specific requirements needed in high end applications.
Series G power supplies can have up to 415 grounded or floating outputs, dynamic correction, beam blanking, auto focus wobbling, ripple voltages as low as 500uV, temperature coefficients as low as 2ppm/ºC over the operating temperature range and accelerator voltages from 10kV to 60kV.
The Series G is intended to be designed into the customer’s equipment as a component power supply, and can be used in applications such as electron-beam lithography, semiconductor inspection/repair, scanning electron microscopes, transmission microscopy, ion beam etching and focused ion beam lithography.
