HiTek Power has been providing power supplies for Industrial Continuous Ink Jet Printers since the early 1970s.

HiTek Power products are used to provide the high voltage necessary for the deflection plates in CIJ printers, as used in their thousands to print date codes and other information onto food and beverage containers, electronic components, cosmetics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

We are able to provide standard or customised power supply solutions for a wide variety of Industrial Continuous Ink Jet Printers.

Semiconductor

HiTek Power is a recognised leader in the design and manufacture of High Voltage power supplies for the semiconductor equipment industry.

Fabricating ever-increasingly complex and compact semiconductors requires highly controllable, stable, efficient and reliable high voltage power supplies.  HiTek Power's reputation in this demanding industry has been gained as a result of meeting, and in many cases exceeding, the high levels necessary. 

HiTek Power's High Voltage Semiconductor power supplies are used throughout the semiconductor fabrication process, including ion implantation, ion and vapour deposition, wafer inspection, ion beam etching and vacuum ion pumps.

HiTek Power's High Voltage Modular and Rack Mounted power supplies range from 1kV to 500kV at power levels up to 40kW.

Medical

Although the term Medical can be applied to many applications, it is the Flash Lamp (pulsed light) application used to remove unwanted hair, tattoos, pigmented lesions and other vascular treatments that has become a specific area of expertise within HiTek Power.

As well as HiTek Power's standard range of Capacitor Charger and Simmer power supplies, we have designed a number of integrated instruments which include the capacitors, capacitor charging supply, simmer supply, rapid discharge and pulse forming networks.

HiTek Power is an ideal choice to supply you with an off-the-shelf Capacitor Charger or a complex Flash Lamp Driver Unit designed to meet your exact requirements.

Instruments and Inspection

HiTek Power has an extensive range of High Voltage power supplies designed and manufactured for Instrument and Inspection:  from a 1W Photomultiplier power supply module used in Gamma Cameras, to our ever-growing range of X-ray power supply modules and rack mounted units.

All HiTek Power's Photomultiplier Modules are designed to meet the low ripple requirements of Photomultipliers.

HiTek Power's extensive range of X-ray power supplies, in both modular and rack-mounted configuration, starts at just a few Watts up to 2kW, with voltages available up to 90kV.  X-ray Power Supplies are available with built-in filament power supply and all HiTek Power's X-ray products have been designed with tube arc protection and the interlocks required for X-ray applications.

Scientific Analysis

HiTek Power has an extensive range of High Voltage power supplies designed and manufactured for use in Scientific Analysis applications. These range from 1W Photomultiplier modular power supplies used in Gamma Cameras, through to our large range of custom-designed Electron Gun supplies for Scanning Electron Microscopes, Focussed Ion Beam, and similar systems where high performance and long term reliability are paramount.

HiTek Power has been designing and manufacturing multi-output Electron Gun power supplies since the early 1970s and is acknowledged as a world leader in this field. We offer a full custom service to meet the specific requirements of your application.

Specialised Industrial

HiTek Power has designed and manufactured an extensive range of High Voltage power supplies for Specialised Industrial applications, such as Ion Beam Welding, Electrostatic Flocking, Electron Beam Melting, Sputtering and many more.

HiTek Power has a range of modules, rack mounted and custom power supplies from a few Volts to 500kV and from a few Watts to 40kW.  These supplies are available as standard, alternatively we can easily adapt or design a supply to meet your specific specification.
